Genocide 101. The engineers knew and didn't warn the low income residents of imminent flooding. They knew that they would drown. It was a plan designed to eliminate people from day one. They built a code 3 levee for the people and a code 5 bunker for themselves. The Dutch engineers knew their stuff! Need proof? Watch the DVD.
