I think this is my favorite Seymour Simon science book.

It's a big, thin, shiny, exciting paperback book -- with big, BEAUTIFUL photos that exactly show each storm concept being described.
The companion text is brief and clear.
I felt I got a GUT understanding of updrafts, downdrafts, storm cells, squall lines, hail, tornados, hurricanes, and much more.

I think my granddaughter (7) will like this book.
I think it would make a good, fun read-aloud for a small group of any-age people.
